Reduce MMO Lag With Leatrix

This was originally posted to deal with Aion lag issues, however this will work with many if not all MMO's - not just Aion.

Aion lag has been a real problem for many people since the 1.5 patch. Whatever they did bumped my latency from ~100ms to ~400ms on average, not good for PvP and not good in general.

I came across a TCP registry tweak that affects the way in which upstream data is prioritized and, well, see for yourself how it impacted my Aion pings:

That's pretty close to a 50% cut in latency. Pings were sent in the same in game location and within the time it took to restart the computer and load Aion. So if you are having latency issues that NCSoft is unable or unwilling to address, you might want to give Leatrix a shot.

I will vouch for the credibility of this fix. Before I was having 300-400ms ping, currently 150-250ms ping. Excellent find Kato!

Awesome guys, yeah I was really surprised at how well it worked too. Especially considering it is simply a settings tweak in widows, it doesn't actually DO anything very complicated.
